I actually didn’t know it was made by coors until afterwards, and I wouldnt have guessed that it was. Nice aroma and finish. Very drinkable. subcell (95), Portsmouth, Virginia, USA
| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jun 28, 2008 Wow... I cannot believe the ratings on this brew. This beer pores nicely and has a light foamy head. The aroma is very nice and the flavor is crisp and well balanced. The color is beautiful and looks as a red should look. This beer is not to heavy and tastes great from the bottle or on draft. I love beer and I love this beer! cazort (417), Newark, Delaware, USA

Yes, this is a mainstream beer and it’s not the most exciting or complex beer out there, but it’s really not that bad. Is this really an "Irish red"? Maybe not. But it’s still perfectly drinkable. It lacks any major objectionable qualities. My one complaint is that it’s perhaps too sweet. epf33 (222), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Now I have to admit that it is actually a step above bad. But not quite a fair beer. Drinkable if very cold and no other choices. hoplover (166), Corpus Christi, Texas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 11, 2008 Nothing impressive about this beer. Needs to be more malty and hoppy. But a good choice if there’s nothing better. PsionSaint (51), Colorado, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 8, 2008 Nice deep copper color. Predominantly malty in flavor but a bit of spice at the end. Usually a default choice at any bar that doesn’t have anything from brewers besides AB/Coors on tap. pintocb (510), Darsville, Georgia, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jun 7, 2008 Kind of an amber, but pretty liight. More of a copper color. Some nice malts present here. Could use more hoppiness. A little spice in the finish.
