One of my favorite amber, dark beers. Nice body and little head. Great on St. Pattys day :)

The fact that this used to be my top tier beer makes me twinge a little. However, its still one of the best beer you can find a lot of local liquor stores. Decent amount of flavor, pretty unique, and drinkable

12 oz bottle - Pours amber with a reasonable off white head. Aroma of caramel malts. Flavor is malty sweet caramel. On the palate this is medium bodied and slightly watery. This isn’t terrible. It just isn’t that good either.

On tap, at Sherlock’s Baker street pub. Smelled of rice alcohol, reminiscent of a piss beer such as coors would produce. Color was a twinkly red, looked like food coloring. Tasted thin and watery with that overpowering flavor of rice alcohol, much like sake. Did not like this one very much at all.

Amber color, not much of a head. Has a sweet malt flavor and not much else. Very little hop presence, but not all that bad.
