Smells of sweet malts and caramel. Pours a nice looking clear dark amber color with very little head. Taste is roasted malts followed by an unpleasant watery feel and slight bitter/dry finish. Nothing special. Kind of reminds me of budweiser or something.

Bottle poured a clear reddish amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of bread, carmel and fruitiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, light carmel and a hint of apple with a crisp watery washed out finish.

I don’t like to support the major brewers. But this is decent. Not great by any stretch. A very simple lager. There are plenty of better Irish Red brews out there.

nice slightly red color very little white head. Fresh clean aroma. Smooth drinking. Flavor could be a little stronger. A descent brew most people would drink.

Very pleasing brownish-reddish color (hence the Irish red I suppose), slightly skunky smelling though. Pleasant and smooth enough taste, strong but not very hop-py, more malty. Strong finish. It’s an alright beer, don’t personally feel that it deserves quite as high of a rating as it has, but still enjoyable.

Bottle. The aroma isn’t necessarily as appealing as I’d like,(mine seemed a little skunky), but the color is very enticing and the beer is very smooth on the palate. Has a nice strong taste at the beginning and a smooth, sweet finish. One of the better beers I’ve had of late, and would definitely recommend.

Bottle. Pours a red amber color with a small off white head. The aroma is very malty with a sweetness to it. Nice lacing on this one. The taste is very malty with a bitter finish. This beer is a good session beer.
