Smells like hops, and a little smoky. tastes: an average amber lager with a slightly unique taste to it.

Good amber lager, enjoyed in a bottle. Nice head to it that almost fizzes out the bottle. Goes down smooth with a smokey hint to it. Overall decently crafted beer.

Aroma of yeast and some malt with smokey undertones, this brew pours a deep amber with a decent head. Start to finish, this is a smooth drink. Tastes just like it smells, mostly yeast and malt. This was THE beer that got me started on trying every brew I could. Overall, a classic that deserves a try; although not for everyone, it is enjoyed by most.

Location: From tons of bars and bottles over the years.

Overall Impression: A beer that is really just achieving a purpose: being decent, reasonably priced, and highly available. You’ll see me order this over quite a few of the other Macros when choices are very limited.

Many 12oz bottles over the years. Really not a bad beer at the pricepoint. Clear amber pour with a white fizzy head. Yeasty, bready, malty aroma. Flavor much the same, very heavy on the malts. Very easy to drink.

Bottle. Poured a light amber color with no head. Aroma was faint malts and yeast. Flavor was weak. Nothing much to this beer. Thin body. Watery aftertaste. Nothing new to report here that others haven’t already said. Just not a very good beer.

Bottle - Clear amber with small fizzy head. Not much on the nose. Although drinkable there is really not much flavor or substance to wright about. Better than regular Coors.

Malty aroma with a great amber color to it. Smooth without a lasting aftertaste and a mildly malty flavor.
