Pleasant lemony pine hops with a faint hint of caramel. Clear copper under a lasting white flannel blanket. Weak spicy malt flavour with strong bitterness and not enough malt flavour. Light body, moderate bitterness, low to moderate carbonation.

Pours clear golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet, light apricot and sweet, doughy malts. Fine, dryish mouthfeel. Flavour has dry pine, some notes of oak, lightly herbal and spicy. Soft malt sweetness to add some degree of balance.

Dec 15, 2008 Cask handpump at the Everyman Bistro, Liverpool 29-11-08. Pours golden with a white creamy slim head. Lovely juicy fruits show, really good citrussy tang, and its a bit zesty to boot. This is a good beer, its fresh, bit dry, but so lovely and tangy and really impressive for the abv. A6 A4 F8 P4 OV15
