Sweetish malty hoppy flavor with hints of caramel and citrus. Sweetish malty hoppy finish. theisti (1034), Leawood, Kansas, USA Aug 6, 2008 Shaker pint draft at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue, Washington. Pour is cloudy orange amber with a nice white head. Aroma is clean with a slightly grainy citrus hop, followed with nicely balanced biscuit malt. Taste is good, featuring the unfiltered hop and malt mix. Mirrors the nose well. Aftertaste is a little bit funky, and really the only complaint I have with the beer. Nice everyday beer, was great with a spicy dish I had.
