Bottle, 6%. Nice grainy, bready aroma. Almost clear dark golden colour, small white head. The flavour is slightly vinous and nicely sweet and clovey. Also bready, but nicely so.

This blond ale is not surprising. But drinkable. It’s a standard brew. Smells nice.

26 May 2005 Mandershof. Luscious stone fruit aroma. Light amber clear colour with lovely lacing. Light fruit with nice balanced hop flavour. Liht medium mouthfeel. Light sweet tangy.

(bottle) Clear and pale amber colour with a small creamy white head. Sweet malts aroma with a touch of rotten (citrus-)fruits when it comes right out of the fridge, but getting more and more floral when it warms up. Sweet flavour, sweet malty taste with grapefruit peels and a mediocre short slightly bitter finish with traces of alcohol. Not bad but uninspiring for me.

(Bottled) Clear, deep golden color with a smallish head. Quite strong slightly sour and acidic hop pellet aroma with toffee hints. Slightly buttery, bitter but smoothly hoppy flavor with an acidic finish. Medium-bodied, slicky, slightly sugary palate with low carbonation. An average brew in most aspects.
