| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 18, 2005 (bottle) Clear and pale amber colour with a small creamy white head. Sweet malts aroma with a touch of rotten (citrus-)fruits when it comes right out of the fridge, but getting more and more floral when it warms up. Sweet flavour, sweet malty taste with grapefruit peels and a mediocre short slightly bitter finish with traces of alcohol. Not bad but uninspiring for me. sayravai (3733), Helsinki, Finland
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 30, 2005 (Bottled) Clear, deep golden color with a smallish head. Quite strong slightly sour and acidic hop pellet aroma with toffee hints. Slightly buttery, bitter but smoothly hoppy flavor with an acidic finish. Medium-bodied, slicky, slightly sugary palate with low carbonation. An average brew in most aspects.
