Jul 18, 2005 (bottle) Clear and pale amber colour with a small creamy white head. Sweet malts aroma with a touch of rotten (citrus-)fruits when it comes right out of the fridge, but getting more and more floral when it warms up. Sweet flavour, sweet malty taste with grapefruit peels and a mediocre short slightly bitter finish with traces of alcohol. Not bad but uninspiring for me.

Jun 30, 2005 (Bottled) Clear, deep golden color with a smallish head. Quite strong slightly sour and acidic hop pellet aroma with toffee hints. Slightly buttery, bitter but smoothly hoppy flavor with an acidic finish. Medium-bodied, slicky, slightly sugary palate with low carbonation. An average brew in most aspects.

May 28, 2005 Crystal clear amber yellow colour with fair head and good lacing. Hop malt aromal with a hint of flowers. Sharop malt hop flavour. Smooth palate.

Jul 11, 2004 An amber beer with a bubbly fast disappearing head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel. The flavor is very sweet with notes of caramel and a dry hoppy end.
