The flavour is slightly vinous and nicely sweet and clovey. Also bready, but nicely so. William (183), Utrecht, Netherlands

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Feb 19, 2004 Very light-clear amber; head restricted to white rim, even that dissipating. Superb honeyish nose - I ought to say nose of nectar from nectar-laden blossoms. Pity it's the only thing. Taste is a combination of overyear hops and honey (reading the other comments makes me wonder if we drank the same stuff). I like this. One thing, however, it is indeed very one-dimensional. The longer the beer stays around, the more it loses. Watery palate. Faint honey flavour marking the aftertaste. Well - if its taste would be as shockingly attractive as its nose, it would be a worldbeater. If only. JanEric (213), Meppel, Netherlands
