| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Aug 5, 2007 Clear, pale straw body with light carbonation and a clean, filmy white head. Mild aroma of melon, corn, and green apple. Flavor is bland with light sweetness and minimal balancing bitterness and undeveloped yeast characters. Light-bodied, of course. A palate cleanser, but somewhat off-putting even in that role. I guess the clientele requires this, which is unfortunate because this tap would be much better served by a more interesting and palatable offering. A carefully crafted kolsch would be nice to see in this spot instead.

| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Jul 30, 2007 Draft at the brewpub. I thought this was listed as Keswick Light. Anyway, straw with a white head. Light grain and floral, flavor is the same, very weak flavors. I guess everyone needs a BMC knockoff... jason (1624), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA
