On tap at Flying Saucer Cordova. Pours hazy orangish gold with very small white head. Aroma is banana, clove, wheat and some citurs. Flavor is banana, clove, spices, citrus, and some wheat. Very light carbonation for a hefe. Almost syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor was there but poorly constructed style wise.

Aug 1, 2009 Sampled at the 8th Annual Music City Brewer’s Festival. Hazy orange-golden white head. Aroma is spice, oranges, wheat malt. Taste is spicy, cloves, wheat, sweet citrus.

Poured cloudy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate banana, clove and citrus aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a solid sweet wheat finish of moderate duration.
Good refreshing brew.

Oct 19, 2008 Draft. Enjoyable hefeweizen full of spiece and banana with a nice creamy texture. Cloudy yellow body with foamy white head. The aroma is fruity with citrus and banana. On top of that is clove. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. The finish remains sweet. Medium body, velvety texture.

Aug 19, 2008 Sampled at the 2008 Music City Brewers Fest. Yellow with a white head that settles to a thin film. Banana and spices in the aroma. The flavor finds citrus and banana backed with light spices. Light body and slightly watery. Nice.
