Commercial Description:
If you were to look up "Thirst Quencher" in the dictionary, one would locate a German wheat beer. We purchase all our raw materials from Germany including our yeast strain from the renowned Weihenstephaner Brewery of Freising, Germany. The dunkelweizen style is an unfiltered wheat beer. It combines the toffee lusciousness of dark malts with the fruity sharpness of wheat malt.

Pint glass at the restaurant, I could smell it from across the table, very strong caramel/stout scent. It basically looked like a wheat beer w/ black food coloring, and tasted like a lighter Guinness, not bad really

On tap at the Gilded Otter. Pours a hazy chocolate brown with a thin white head. Aromas are sweet and full of toffee and fruit. Medium bodied with a good bit of sweet fruity wheat flavors. Light finish with a touch of banana and yeast.
