Pours clear copper with a small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has red apples, subdued caramel and a light berry touch. Medium prickly carbonation, light dryish mouthfeel. Flavour has soft tartness as its background, light caramel, sweet sugar. A touch of spiciness as well. As weird as faro always is. Jeppe (2638), Ølbutikken, Denmark Aug 3, 2009 Mild nose with hints of sour cream, earthlyness, grass. A bit of sour sweetness in the flavor with vaint notes of wood and fruit. Mild, drinkable and rather forgetable too. Back on 100% faros :)
