Aroma sweet, fruits, caramel.
Medium body.
Taste sweet, caramel, fruit, and a light bitterness in the finish. Sweet for a Girardin beer.

Pours an amber colour with a dense beige head.
The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, wood and brettanomyces.
Flavour is also sweet with notes of rock candy, fruit and a malty hint.
