| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 5, 2007 Updated: Aug 7, 2008On tap @ Zythos. Amber color, aroma of dry, sour fruits. Coppery, cidery flavor with the musty-dusty finish of a drink that’s been open on your nightstand for a few days. And excellent. Not an especially sweet faro, as the sugar mellows the sourness into a balanced, refreshing drink. RE-RATED after tasting at Bier Circus, where it was darker and sweeter than I remember. thewolf (5808), Kolding, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Feb 11, 2007 Bottle. Pours a pale red with a fizzy head that completely disappears. Mildly fruity aroma. Lightly fizzy mouthfeel as well. An initial sweetness that turns slightly sour. Grovlam (3810), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 10, 2007 Bottle. Head was average fizzy and white which mostly diminished. Body was slightly cloudy like with an amber reddish colour. Aroma was quit a surprise with a strange combination of sweat, horse blanket, barnyard, leather, earth, mould and other notes of light flowers and some grapefruit, vinegar and apple. Mouthfeel wasn’t unpleasant as you might thing after that description. Light sour fruit with light notes of sweetness blending in. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and a slightly acidic finish. Strange experience, but not entirely unpleasant.
