| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 19, 2009 Bottle, 37,5 cl. A light-brown bear with a lacing medium beige head. The aroma is sour (lambic) and light sweet (sugar candy), also light fruity. The taste is a perfect combination of lambic, which gives this faro a sour touch and the sugar candy, preserving the agreeable sweet taste. Not too sweet at all, an ideal beautfil combination. Also some fruity touches in the end. plovmand (1720), Helsinge, Denmark
