| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 9, 2006 Bottle. Medium sourness stays even throughout. Pretty interesting and not as sweet as you’d think it might be, although fair amount of caramel about. Notes of orange peel too. Papsoe (15107), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Odd, tart aroma - sweaty Brettomyces - and then some notes of burned caramel. Medium body with sweet’n’sour accents with a rather astringent tartness ending up as the winner. Very complex and rather interesting. 081006 pivnizub (5089), Bochum, Porúří, Germany
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 6, 2006 Bottle: Hazy, lively carbonation, amber coloured, big firm head; caramelly, sugary, slightly fruity (apples) aroma with a light sourness; light sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; an illusion of tartness in the sweetish-fruity finish. O.K., like a heavily diluted "Gueuze" for the summer............. bager (2121), Copenhagen N, Denmark
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 2, 2006 Bottle. Clear dark amber coloured. Honey and apricots - brown sugar. A bit dry finish - feels a bit oily in the mouth. Way way too sweet. Svesse (2683), Hässelby, Sweden
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 31, 2006 (Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, labeled "Sparkling") Colour is pale mahogany, with a disappearing white head. Nose is bitter-sweet with notes of dried fruit and brown sugar. The same goes for the taste: the harsh sourness battling with brown sugar sweetness, hints of dried fruit and notes of barnyard. Rather complex, but a bit unbalanced. I definitely prefer the straightforward harsh sourness of their lambic. bluevegie (2218), Perth, Australia
