May 31, 2008 Tap at Het Warm Water. Clear amber color with no head. Slightly lactic aroma. Thinnish body with hardly any carbonation. Slightly acidic flavor - rather citric. Mild funk. A bit fruity. Fairly dry finish. Rather refreshing. I think like faroes.

May 21, 2008 [1155-20080301] Bottle. Aroma of sweet mushroom sauce and chicken. Clear, dark brown amber body with a quick bubbly light brown head. Bit of alcohol but flavour is mostly sweet malt and mushrooms and a sour finish. Medium body is sour. Quite good, drinkable, repeatable.

Ultra clear copper colour. No head. Raisiny nose with no sweetness detected. Raisin backbone in flavour, with slight sweetness and bit woody. Nice, balanced beer.

Apr 13, 2008 on tap at delirium. one of my first faros so not sure how to rate, but thoroughly enjoyable. Slightly sour finish to match the aroma. I’ll rerate after I’ve sampeled a few more.

Apr 1, 2008 (3/2/08) Bottle sample at Zythos Bier Festival 2008 in Sint Niklaas. Amber color with an off-white head. A quite weak aroma for a Lambic with some wood and sugar. Sweet flavor with some light sour notes and some light wood and fruits. Medium-bodied. OK.
