0.375 bottle. Reddish color with pink head. Sweet strong raspberry aroma with sugary notes. Less sweet flavor with juicy raspberry and strawberry taste as well as some acidity. Farily one dimensional.

Bottled. Few years old(?) judging from the lack of Co2. Red-amber colour, very low, instantly diminishing head. Earthy, apple musty aroma. Prune here as well. Very light bodied, and with the flatness it’s almost empty. Light raspberry touch, little apple cider, earthy with tiny notes of wood. Short in finish. Past its prime time.

Bottle @ Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Quite clear orange/dark red, almost no head. Very fresh berry taste. Very raspberry taste, and this one gets better with every sip so be sure to get a full glass.

Bottle from Boutip. Thanks Phil! Pours a surprisingly clear reddish pink with a small off-white head that fades fast. Aroma is slightly tart, but mainly sugary raspberry syrup. Flavor follows with the aroma--way too sweet for me. This is really easy to drink--no alcohol noted whatsoever. Dry, but not tart, finish. I want the sourness and this one didn’t bring it.

Clear brown/copper with a lacy pink head. A massive rotting raspberry note dominates the aroma, its not nice at all, and not something Ive ever seen in a framboise before. also present are a lot of seedy tannins. The palate is pretty mild, not too much tartness. More of that horrible raspberry in the flavour, mouldy oak and apple pips are there too. This was tremendously disappointing, and I cant help to think I got a bad bottle (at the weekend of spontaneous fermantation???)

375ml bottle, slight hazy reddish brown hue, with a white pinkyish head, intense sweet raspberry nose, with a wildberry fruity accent, with a wet oaky note, a subtle tartness, faint barnyard and mustiness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a sweet-tart raspberry character, with a mild fruity berry oakiness accent, hint of mustiness, a light tartness, leading towards an acidic raspberry tart finish.

Bottle @ Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2007. Hazy red coloured with a pink head. Fruity with notes of raspberry, vinegar and wood. A bit too sweet and onesided.

Bottle@Beer Circus, Brussels, Belgium. Dull reddish beer with a light head. The aroma is dull strawberry, and the flavour is light and dull strawberry. Overall a quite dry, dull strawberry beer.
