rossastra buona schiuma ma non molto persistente note di lampone confettura pochissima acidità al naso in bocca tanto lampone dolcezza da succo zuccherato con per anche la sua acidità che pero sembra molto lieve nella base tanto lampone poco gueuze

Bière aux reflets cerise. peu de mousse et d’effervescence. Un voil moyen à l’apparence de pâte de fruits. Arome de fraise et de framboise avec un léger parfum suret. Le goût rappel le jus de fruits, avec une pointe sûre. Le palais est ordinaire. Une bonne bière de fruit mais le caractère de leur gueuze y manque...

as far as fruit lambics go this a very harmonious not too sweet and not too sour version. The raspberry flavour are much mor in the leaves and pips than fruit. definitely one of the best. yumm. sorry, more drinking than rating, it’s too goooooood.

Pours pale, lightly hazy red. Big frothy, white-pink head. Disappears rather quickly. Super fresh aroma of raspberries and light tarty funkiness. Rather spritzy mouthfeel, but a little thin. Mild, citric tartness at first. Some light (actually a bit disappointing) raspberries and a funky finish with weak caramel.

Pinkish orange with a small white head. Strong berry aroma, mostly raspberry. Dry fruity flavour, some raspberry and almond, only a little tartness.

A nice and sour framboise in a 0.375 l bottle. Light red-brown color. Light taste of raspberry and also raspberry seeds. Flat carbonation. Typical sourness.

[1168-20080301] Bottle. Raspberry leafy fruit yeast aroma. Clear, bright red body with a medium-lasting foamy light pink head. Sour bready yeast and raspberry fruit flavour with a grainy finish. Medium body is a little more tart than sour. Great balance of sour and fruit, plus an excellent finish to the festival day!
