Commercial Description:
Unfiltered.

Bottle gift to aid my lambic education from Mes. Cloudy orange colour. A delight to freshen the palate in the middle of big session. Not too sweet, not too tart, not too dry. Beltissimo.

Clean copper pour with bubbly white head and no lace. Medium malt and sour on the nose. A very clean sour ale it was like a palate cleaner. Very full and aggressive carbonation. Very nice sour beer that leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh.

courtesy of Toni Flükiger - cloudy dark orange colour with a solid beige foam;complex aroma of cheese, dust and rhubarb; medium-bodied, juicy palate with a solid acidity, a long and fizzy acidic finish, quite dry with more notes of rhubarb, vinegar and apple

pours a brillant amber color with abundant carbonation and the best head retention I’ve ever seen in a lambic. left lots of lacing on the glass. aroma was apple cider viniger, cellar notes, funk, and horseblanket. flavor was much of the same, but very round. light astringent mouthfeel. Finish has some lemon intermixed with the horseblanket and acidic notes. somewhere inbetween a drie fountainen and a Cantillon. Damn near perfect.

Trade thanks to CaptainCougar. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Sour and yeasty nose. First taste was off the hook sour. But i couldn’t stop, I kept going back for more. Each mouthful brought on a new fruit, yet pulled the moisture from my palate.

Dark golden to orange in color with a white foamy head. Sweet yeasty, tart, sour, and funky in the smell. Taste is smooth, great sour taste, tart from front to back of the mouth. Great beer.
