Hazy orange amber with medium white head. Aroma is funky, tart, lemony, slight earthy. Medium sour, more funky, tart, medium earthy, slight cherry, all very light and drinkable but at the same time sour and fruity. Medium bodied with slight pucker. What an amazing beer. tomthompson89 (1494), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Burnt sugar sour crème brûlée nose. Hazy amber color with soapy medium head. Biting malt vinegar sourness, some bitter lemon peel/pith bitterness. There is some faint caramel malt sweetness lurking deep in the background. Huge carbonation, medium body that ends up finishing with a thin body and a satisfying warm tart burn. Style is an acquired taste, and this is a fantastic example. jcwattsrugger (5581), Florida and, New Jersey, USA
