Yes, I am so happy they had this! Poured like a masterpiece! Nice fluffy head that is slowly fading away. Nice translucent dark orange color. Looks like a lovely beer to me. Ah, this beer has a lovely aroma. Sweet/sour fruit aroma coming through along with skunk and funk! Also, nice subtle brett smell. Even at a bit colder of a temperature this thing is still pungent as anything I have ever smelled. Hits the back of my nostrils..oh so pungent. Man the aroma just keeps developing, I am getting some charred wood, and leather as it warms up. Wow, taste is damn good. Nice sour taste at first, and then the thing really turns SOUR. Nice sour lemon and brett flavor. Also the sweet flavor mixes in quite well with the sour flavor. You get the best of both worlds. This beer just leaves a wonderful sweet fruit, sour, and brett taste in my mouth. Even after tasting it and licking my lips I get that sour flavor. Ah a little charred wood and leather in the flavor as well. Very smooth beer. Damn, I wish Green’s had more of this. By far one of the most delicious beers I have tried thus far.

| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 14, 2009 Pours out a yellow orange. Aroma is rich and rather sour with almost a musty smell that complements notes of sour citrus, hay and horse blanket. Rather effervescent with a nice complex and sour flavor. Slightly woody and earthy with a comfortable citrus character. The sour flavor continues in a nice finish that is a little aggressive but quite enjoyable. tokyogoat (571), San Diego, California, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 12, 2009 Pours a hazy golden yellow with a billowing fizzy head.
Nose is strong of the pedio and lacto souring, lemon, and peach.
Taste is pretty puckeringly sour. Hints of fruit, lemon, green apple, not too dry either. Truly a world class lambic. Toxygen (270), Sanford, Florida, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Dec 10, 2009 A: This baby is a cloudy peachish orange in color with a steay flow of bubbles almost like Champagne.
S: Lemon with a funk
T: Pucker up baby this one has kick. The most wonderful sourness of the best citrus your mind could imagine. Finishes dry, I will stop here because I can not describe this brew.
M: Perfectly carbonated yet dry, like a $100 bottle of Champagne.
D: Off the charts here, bartender give me another. This baby goes down so smooth I am yearning for more. Kestral (210), Oslo, Norway
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Dec 8, 2009 Bottle from realale.com. Pours a hazy light orange, a finger of fizzy offwhite head fades quickly to a ring. Aroma is mighty funky, like blue cheese, barnyard, hay and yeast. Some light fruits, a berrylike surness, like mountain cranberries. Flavour is tart, but not overpoweringly so. Nice, dry finish. Mouthfeel is medium to thin, sparkly and refreshing. Good stuff. phaleslu (557), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 1, 2009 Bottle shared by shawnm213- thanks, Shawn! Pours a clear orange-gold, more yellow at the bottom, with a frothy white head. Aroma of sour apple, white grapes, lemon, wood, leather, and straw. Flavor of sour citrus fruits, nectar, funk- very acidic. Sharp, sour, and tart. Medium bodied, with soft, gentle carbonation, for a nice effervescent mouthfeel. Interesting beer, and maybe my lower rating is because I don’t understand this style as well. I’ll revisit this. kimcgolf (835), Dacula, Georgia, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Nov 29, 2009 Either I got a bad bottle of this., or I am really swimming against the tide. I’ve enjoyed other lambics I’ve had, but this was terrible (maybe it’s just the gueze style I don’t like). This poured a champagne color with little head and some carbonation. Unfortunately, both the nose and taste were a rancid mixture of very sour apples and vinegar. Early on, I kept thinking maybe the sour would be followed by a sweet sensation, a la Flemish Sours, but instead, it just kept getting more sour and acidic. Ended up cleaning the drain.
