Light and airy with a soft pucker. Taste is lemon pith and juice with a nice lingering breadiness. Dry finish with a touch of orange peel. WeeHeavySD (3041), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA

In the middle of a big beer related cleaning job in the house and I felt like something special, so why not a yummy gueuze. Popped with a lot of pressure and gushed a bit. Pours orange with a bright white foamy head. Nose is sweet, and sharp with notes of apples and lemon. Taste is quite potent with a hell of a lot kick. Tart and funky. Nice gueuze. imdownthepub (5173), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England

Dreamy, tangy beer, for those that believe they do not like Lambic, they really must try this. Probably a little more subtle and behaved than the unfiltered, this is sharp, lemony, bramley apple and citric all in one hit. The flavours never become overwhelming, just a very decent beer. Preferred the black-label version to this in a side-by-side tasting, as this seemed less balanced and with more off-flavors in this tasting. Still a very enjoyable beer, perfect for a long summer evening on the balcony. tarjei (1757), Bryne, Norway
