Flaske: Super flot lyserød øl med fin karbonering. God surhed med en flot sødme, og et meget karakteristisk indslag af slik. Kompleks og virkelig lækker at den slår så godt igennem efter 2 IIPA.

Bottle at Carlsens kvarter. Clear red body, with a white head. Aroma is a bit sour, hay and berries. Flavor is dry, sour, but also a bit malty.

A lovely colour. Dainty unlike some off-putting brown fruit beers you come across. A sharp cherry/cranberry nose with underlying candied notes. Sweet anf floral as soon as it hit the tongue with then gets back to your glands and swells you with saliva. It mellows to a really amazing fresh and fleshy cherry What a finish! Delicate champagne carbonation that is light on the tongue and suits the style and flavours impeccably. I drank this with Marsala poached pears with a sweet vanilla cream. The beer works so wonderfully with this cleaning the palate from the sweetness of the cream. The two fruits mingle and play with the christmassy spices of the sauce filling my nose with really interesting mixes.

Bottle shared with Jesper at home. Bours a clear red with a diminishing head. Smells of cherries with a tiny hint of funghi. Sweet with aromas of cherries. Quite low tartness. Soft carbonation. Medium body. More cherries in the finissh with a tiny hint of sourness.

Bottle, thanks to WeeHeavySD for sharing. Pours a clear amber-red with a white ring. Huge sour fruity aroma, with berries, sugar, malt, citrus, and a bit of funk. Taste is sharp and tart, of berries, funk, and malt. Lingering clean tartness. Tasty.

Bottle at Olutravintola Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Pours cloudy red brown, with a long lasting medium sized off-white head. Aroma is slightly sour and dry cherries with hint of hay. Flavour is dry and slightly sour with a cherry touch and a watery finish. Very drinkable. 7-4-7-3-15 Re-Rate: 2003 bottle at Den Tatoverede Enke. Extra: Dry aroma with dusty and woody notes as well. Dry, woody flavour without the watery palate, but it lags a nice long after-taste.

Kriek with deep cherry colour and rich white head. The aroma is full of real cherries, some sour cherry stones too. The flavor is not very sour but like fermented juive from ripe cherries. Still it is quite dry and tart. The falvor is quite soft, and very berryish. The palate is slightly acidic and lingering, medium carbonated and medium bodied. Not very heavy, but rich on fruitiness.

37,5 bottle. Dark red, nice flavour. Tasting really sweet. Sweet, juicy cherry finish. A tasty piece of pie.
