Nose is tart and dry and overall strange. Taste is quite tart and full of big chewy cherries. Overall pretty good, not amazing, wasn’t expecting amazing, but I like it. Blom (514), Odense, Denmark

The flavour is perfectly balanced: not as sour as the aggresive krieks, and not as sweet and artificial as the worst of the krieks. Highly drinkable and refreshing - the best kriek I’ve had. A wonderful red color but with a mildly tart aroma and flavor. A very nice cherry aroma and flavor, but not what Id hoped based on Johns review. Travlr (787), Washington, Washington DC, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 28, 2008 750 ml bottle. Almost clear, dark red body with a tiny head. Aroma is sweet and sour cherry. Flavor is nice balanced between sweet and sour, cherry fruity as well (of course). Nice, drinkable, refreshing but not outstanding. Like it a lot anyway. MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA

Mild sour cherry aroma with yeast notes. Moderate sour taste with just a hint of sweetness and a full cherry flavor. Slightly watery finish but still quite nice. JK54B (951), Helsinki, Finland
