Bag-in-a-box at Copenhage beermarathon 2004: Deep red with absolutely no head. Very nice aroma of cherries, with just a hint of the sourness. The taste is very well rounded and balanced. a good experience

Sampled from a 2 month old 10 litre cardboard cask stored in the refrigerator of Jacob Lövenlund.
Pours a thin airy head on a hazy deep red body. Mild and quite odd aroma of cherries and cheese spread. Flavor is dry woody with plenty of fresh cherries and cheese notes. Very good specially after 2 month in a refrigiator. I will definately have to taste it fresh some day!!

Reddish. Some balsamic but with voluptuous fruits. Light balsamic on the palate, too, and the palate is overall fairly sweet, which was my experience last time I had this beer five years ago. Light earthy notes.

Draught @ Akkurat, Stockholm, leftover from lambicfestival Fruit, sugar and barnyard aroma. Red in color, low carbonation, pink head. Subtle barnyard base, nice balance, fruit not artificial at all. Dry exit, cherry aftetaste is extremely good. Sparkly mouthfeel. A very nice drink!
