Poured from bagin box at Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Was tapped from the brewery only 4-5 days ago. Pours a deep clear red like a Ribena-mix-it-yourself soft drink. No head but a little bubly round the edge. The nose is sweet and dominated of the cherrys. A little something like toothpaste. The taste is bittersweet to the sweet side. Not long lasting taste and rather anonymoys finish. The palate is mild with a light creamy finish. I taste cheryys and more of them, there is yeast flavours and sugar and grapenotes. Its very drinkable

Bag-in-a-box at Plan B (cellphone rating). Beautiful red colour with no head. Cherry and light accidic aroma. Flavour is full of cherries with a good easygoing tartness and no carbonation. Really nice. Thx Niels.

Another handbottle that puzzl brought to BCTC from his unblended tasting that I had missed. Pours a clear rouge. Big cherry aromas right away, backed up with some raspberry and vanilla. A little on the thin side, but great cherry flavors mixing with some sourness and vinegar.

2009-08-01. Hazy ruby red body, headless. (3+) Fruity cherry aroma is less sour than expected but with a bit of funk. (7+) Flavour has pleasant mild sourness throughout and pleasant fruit, cherry. (7+) Average to light palate. Pretty neat to try this one! Hand bottled shared by Puzzl at BCTC 2009
