[Bag in Box] Poured a still, murky, ruby red color, with bubbles. Taste of cherries, wood, wild yeast, raspberries, and hay. Taste of sweeter cherry, dry wood, light tartness from the wild yeast, and ultimately a nice dry finish. Really nice to sip on on a hot summer day.

From a 10 litre box brought over by Phil l and drunk in a garden in Ramsgate on American Independence day. Sweeter than I imagined. Really bright red cherry colour. Not as funky lambick-y as I imagined. Tons of cherry fruit. Not overly acidic or harsh on finish. Excellent fruit. I drank quite a bit of this as it was just the right level of funk interest and real fruit flavour. Fantastic.

(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy red body with no head. Aroma of cherry, wood, and some balsamic. Flavor of moderate sourness and sweet cherries with a dry wood finish.

@WSF. Strawberry color is clear and flat. Nice frozen strawberry yogurt aroma and random berries. Not getting the cherry but it’s nice. Sour tang and yogurt flavors. Solid and good.

Hazy ruby color. Light cherry aroma. Quite flat, with light carbonation, a bit astringent, and probably not fresh; light fruitness; short final. Something’s strange.

Hazy ruby color, no head. It has a moderate cherry aroma. The mouthfeel is unusually round, with a moderate tartness and fruitness, and some residual sugars. Less aggressive than expected.

Very nice, balanced cherry aroma, with cherry kernels. Quite sweet, reasonable, not impressive, but well made.
