Sep 30, 2008 Botellla. Muchas tak for putting this n ice saison on the table Plovmand. Exploded as Plovmand opened the bottle. Pours hazy deep golden with a big creamy long lasting white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma. Quite good a mouthfeel. The flavour is fruity with spices, soft sweetness and a pleasant bitterness. Dry fruity finish.

Sep 27, 2008 Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a big fluffy head. The bottle almost emptied itself when opened. Very fruity and yeasty aroma with spicy notes. Great citric spicy flavour. Mouthfull is dry.

Sep 14, 2008 Bottle bushes a bit after opening...After that it pours a hazy golden color with a big fluffly white head. Aroma is of citrus, and some sweet spicy notes. Taste is well balanced, notes of orange zest, spice, slight sweetness and a dry somewhat bitter finish. Well done

Sep 10, 2008 On tap at O’Brien’s in San Diego; trappist glass. Golden color with white, frothy head. Sweet, spicy aroma. Detect mild amounts of honey, (low) citrus, cloves, orange peel, and carrots. Aroma is very sweet, full of malt and mild spices. Carrots seem to dominate the flavor, at least to my palate. Small amounts of orange peel. Very good, low spiced, drinkable, but full bodied. Good, but strange about the carrots. Similar to Midas Touch in that way... strange.
