Pale yellow colour with a thin white head. Malty, light sweet aroma. Watery taste and palate.

(33cl bottle, as “Sorghum based Premium Pilsener”) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Very dusty, sweet apricot-fruity nose with notes of glue. Sweet and sourish tart flavour, light bodied with a flat carbonation. Fruity and papery taste; slim but nevertheless sticky finish with notes of apricots, glue and plastic. Yawn (27.08.08).

Bottled. Clear golden, no head. Fruity and bready. The sorghum flavour is evident as the flavour is reminiscent of Nigerian lagers. Light-medium bodied. There’s dough and grass but no bitterness. One of the better beers to come out of Huyghe...

Golden colored brew. Aroma is grainy, dull. Flavor is grainy and strange metallic taste. Unasual flavor, not great. Strange beer.
