330ml brown bottle. Golden colour, airy white head with poor retention. Aroma is dusty with some pear/apple notes. Flavour has some white wine/grape and pear notes up front, dry and watery end. Aftertaste is slightly earthy with a little citrus. Body is pretty lifeless, dull carbonation. Does not come together very well, do not need to ever have this beer again.

Dec 2, 2009 Another crap beer from the guys that make all of the shitty Florrisgaarden beers (Delerium Noel is nice, so they aren’t all bad). I suppose to be fair I should consider that this is a sorghum based brew for celiacs, but even taking this into account, this is a poor offering. Not as apple-juicy as some of the gluten-free beers out there, but thin papery, and metallic with only the faintest whiff of pithy bitter hops. Finish is dry with lots of boxboard oxidation.

Aug 3, 2009 Bottle. BB4 Feb 2011!! Dark gold. Almost no head despite the rise of the tiny bubbles. Aroma is Belgian but with lemon and sour milk. Green apple and then your tongue is ripped out with a harsh aggressive dirty sour dishwasher spoiled hops disaster!

Jun 1, 2009 [2058-20090402] 330mL bottle. Sweet grassy honey aroma. Clear, rich yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Mild fruity melon flavour has hints of watery strawberries. Light body has a thick finish. Poor.

Apr 16, 2009 Bottle (330ml). Shared by jerc and mabel with me and garthicus. Clear pale gold, tiny continuous bubbles, and a small white head. Light, overly sweet aroma - rather more like cheap white wine. Tastes lick cheap apple juice, paper and mild vinegar. Light, slick mouthfeel with a harsh aftertaste. Smells - not offensive; tastes - blugh.

Apr 15, 2009 Bottle, bought @ Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam.
Pours pale golden with a fizzy, medium, frothy, white head. Very weird aroma, some wine grapes, champagne and pear. Watery palte. Flavour is not very pleasant, stale water, some slight rice sweetness and a citric tartness to it. Not good.
