acrdz (4387), Boulder, Colorado, USA Sep 29, 2008 Draft at the brewery. Mostly clear brass yellow colored body, a slight haze noticed. Fresh cracked pils malt nose, some snappy cracker character, some light honey sweetness noticed, a light touch of what resembles noble hops. Well balanced and smooth texture. Subtle honey sweetness up front with some drying over the middle and back. No flaws noticed, subtle and quiet overall, easy to drink.
