Aug 19, 2001 Heady, with an almost-clear/slightly hazy, golden color. Packed a real ’wholesome’ flavor; slightly yeasty with an interesting malty twinge. Finishes with a sweet-caramel-malt edge. Some fruity esters, couldn’t quite put my finger on (I’d agree with ’weeicemon’ on the ’canned peaches’ flavor, now that I think of it).

Mar 10, 2001 Intense hop bouquet like canned peaches. Translates into a smooth flavorful brew. I expected a lot of excessive bitterness but was pleasently suprised by its mild yet assertive taste.
