Commercial Description:
A similar style IPA as the Chehalem Mt IPA, but brewed with more hops and malts. A true IPA lovers beer.

Hazy amber with a large white head from a fairly aggressive pour. Aroma has a fruity tang. Taste is sweet malts and rich leathery hops but seem to be too few for a proper IPA. Much closer to what I have experienced in British IPAs. Not a bad beer at all just lower on the hop spectrum than most West Coast IPAs. Might be a good introduction to the style. Hops are listed as Nugget and Cascade varieties.

22 oz bottle. Pours a hazy copper with minimum head. Some lacing hugs the glass. Faint aroma of flowers and perfume. Flavor is not good, and I am not sure I can correctly state why. Almost tastes old. Floral, with some slight citrus. No real hop bite and very low carbonation. In addtion, it has a light mouthfeel with no bitter bite in the finish as I would expect from an IPA.

On tap at GVB in McMinnville, Oregon. Poured a light copper-amber body with a creamy thick white head and a very faint floral nose. Not very bitter. Thin except in mouthfeel. Finished a little watery.
