Once a year the fresh hops arrive and now is the time! Over 30 pounds of Crystal hops from Weather's Family Farm in Brooks, Oregon were used to create this tangy citrus aromatic brew!

Draft at the brewpub, October 2007. A golden amer beer with at thin white head. THe aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of grass, as well as a light spicy hoppy note. The flavor is sweet grassy and malty combined with a spicy hoppy note, leading to a dry bitter finish.
