Pours a dark mahogany with a medium off-white head. Malts taste like brown sugar and caramel with a spicey sweet aroma and a fruity finish. Finish is dry and bitter with a citrus taste trailing off.

This was absolutely delicious. Does not really come across as a dubbel style, more of an american strong ale. Great acidity, generous amounts of sweetness in the malt, almost chewy, but again that sourness from the bitter orange hits you and your palate is overcome with orange fruits. Yummy
