Commercial Description:
Red Hills Pils is a classic Czech-style pilsner beer. Refreshingly quenching and deliciously malty. Pilsners are the perfect summer beer. This one features Saaz hops for an herbal, slighlty spicy palate, and a traditional Bohemian lager yeast for a clean finish

Medium gold color. Medium head. Aroma is malty, grainy and fruity. A medium bodied pilsner. Malts are fruity, mild and slightly sweet. Hops are slightly spicy and a touch grapefruit and floral. Well balanced. Light and refreshing. Nice pilsner. Smooth. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

On tap at the brewery. This was a nice crisp grassy pils. Pours a nice glowing straw gold with great clarity and a fizzy white head. Great hop presence giving it a very crisp and refreshing flavor and a medium dry finish.

This would be another great beer that I could just drink constantly as a session beer. A rich take on the style, with a nice body that is just enough of all its components that you do not get bored drinking it. The only things that got me was a bit of a cheesy pepper bite that came up from time to time in the finish. Otherwise very light, crips and refrshing

22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Citrusy to lemonish hoppy aroma. Solid bitter and orange fruity to citric flavour with a solid dryness into the finish. Dry and bitter into the far finish.

One of the better Pilseners, uses traditional yeast but with malt and hops gives the ale some body and flavor.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus, leading to a very bitter finish.
