Commercial Description: This stout is brewed using Premium imported British malts including a smoked peated malt, which gives this stout a wonderful smoky flavor that is remarkably smooth on the palate. Truly, Ireland in a glass!
I preferred this over the Oatmeal Stout. Nice black body, tan head, and malty/peaty!! aroma. The smoky peat came through in the flavors as well, delicious and roasty, well balanced, and very smooth. Great stuff.
