JoeM500 (1876), Chicago (little italy), Illinois, USA May 2, 2002 Thin head atop a deep almost reddish copper pint. Sweet apples and some faint spices in the nose, almost like baked apples. Little to no detectable carbonation and a perfect blend of malts with a tiny bit of hop end make this very easy to drink. It felt very light (if that makes sense) in my mouth, and the pint disappeared very quickly.
