Commercial Description:
For Goose Island's 14th anniversary, we brewed this beer with the customer in mind to be a smooth and drinkable session ale. Cask-conditioned and served at 55 degrees at our brewpubs.

Thin head atop a deep almost reddish copper pint. Sweet apples and some faint spices in the nose, almost like baked apples. Little to no detectable carbonation and a perfect blend of malts with a tiny bit of hop end make this very easy to drink. It felt very light (if that makes sense) in my mouth, and the pint disappeared very quickly.
