Brew House notes Style: Belgian Style Golden Ale Alcohol by Volume: 6.7% IBU’s: 45 Hops: Saaz, Chinook Malt: Pilzen Cellarman’s Notes. Demolition will remain fresh 180 days from the bottled on date. Orange/amber with a thin white head. Aroma of hops, yeast and some earthiness. Sweet malty flavor with a spicy hop finish. Nice, but something did not quite come together for me.

Bottle. Clear, dark copper color with an ivory head. Faint phenol aromas. Very sweet with a thin mouth feel and some pine notes from the hops.

Found this one bottled at Binny’s Oktoberfest in St. Charles, Illinois. Surprisingly light pour with a thick, white head, grassy nose, clean but a bit sweet. I don’t get this beer.

Sample from a bottle at Binny’s "Fall Festival of BEERS." LIght straw golden, thick head, mildly hoppy, and a clean finish. Not bad, complex, but probably not worth the price point.

wow this one surprised me. clear dark gold with a nice white head. fantastic spicy herbal hop aroma with some lightly toasted bread. flavor nicely balanced. sweet malt bitter hops and a hint of yeast blend almost seamlessly. flavor and carbonation crescendo to a magnificent bittersweet medium dry finish. the beer dances on your tongue long after you have swallowed. medium to full bodied. slightly sticky. love the carbonation. really tasty beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear dark gold colored body with a fizzy one finger off-white head that retained as a thin film. Aroma is full of heavy pale malt and wheat with a good dose of fruitiness, spicey wheat, and some alcohol. Light lemongrass and honey, no noticable hops. Flavor is malt dominated , but not as deep as I expected. Fairly light and airy up front fading to a dryish finish with some light bittering hoppiness. Mouthfeel is fairly light bodied with a fairly dry finish and moderate fizzy carbonation. Given the commercial description, this seems to have aged very well. Aromatic hops have died off and finishes great.

Lots of both hops and malt with subtle notes of staw, rasin, wood. This comes together-- not a mismash. A rollercoaster from nose to finish.

Pours a cloudy golden orange with a light head. Aroma of fruit and bread, a little musty, some spice. Flavor is ok, slightly sweet.
