Handpull at Clybourn: Amber with a lasting foamy head and good lace upon my MBA pint glass. The aroma has notes of wet grains, some caramel, flowery hop cones and a hint of soap. The taste is slight sweet malt and washed out second running grains. Touch of lime juice acidity and green tea adds something to the palate but alas it is far too short and uninteresting. The mouth feel is smooth and soft, short clean finish. Completely forgettable brew but not offensive.

Tap @ Goose Island. Had a small glass of this beer. Pours hazy gold with white head. Aroma of just a little bit of floral hops and they are mild in the flavor also. Kind of tastes like tea. Not bad considering what I thought it would be like.

Tap at GI. Amber pour wtih a small head. I get the whole story about the 3.2 being the limit for alcohol in a beer...yadda yadda. This one was tasteless and really boring. I barely got hops on the nose and on the tongue. I barely got much of anything. Not a good beer.

On tap at Goose – Clybourn. Poured slightly hazy medium golden with a fine cap of off-white head. The aroma was fragrant and fruity with bright hops and a soft, pleasant, complementary maltage.. well-balanced. The flavor found pale and light fruity malts at the core with light, dry spicy and floral hops around.. very much felt like a “lite” beer with a little better character. Dry and well-carbonated on the palate (a little too much so) with a grainy feel at the back-end.. felt a bit like a soda.

Draft at GI Clybourn. Pours a cloudy amber with a frothy thin head. Nose is virtually non-existent at first, then turns a bit grainy and crystal malt with some mild American hops. Overall there’s not a lot going on in this one, aside from the dominating crystal character and muted hops. Tastes a lot like a small beer. Meh.

On tap at Clybourn. Pours an unclear hazy tea color with a small dense white froth. Smells like tea, dusty milled malts, wheat-like, some noticeable fresh hops for sure, but mostly like tea... like a muted beer. Flavor follows, black tea-ish, iced-tea, light flavors, milled malts and hops that are pretty muted. Watery mouthful that is pleasantly full with light fine carbonation. Something different.

On tap at clybourn. Cloudy amber with small beige head. Slightly grain with a interesting cannabis aroma as well. Flavor is weed like as well with grain with sweet caramel malt and graininess. Medium body with very light carbonation. Like a weed tea with some carbonation.
