Commercial Description:
Like the digits suggest, it's a beer that's densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don't filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Appearance: light golden yellow; mild haze; starts with big fluffy white head, but dissipates quicker than it should Aroma: light wheat character; slight malt presence; very marginal hop presence by way of citrus Flavor: moderate, refreshing wheat; very light malt sweetness faint in the background; slightly crisp on an above-average finish Mouthfeel: medium-light body; medium-high carbonation Overall: not an attention grabber, but within the wheat category, this is definitely better than a "2.77" beer

Overall, not a bad beer. I don’t tend to drink wheat beers much, so I don’t have much to compare it against. Biggest strike against it might be that the hops do most of the talking, which is not exactly what you’d expect in a wheat ale.

1st rating - I really liked this beer. Not the best aroma, but it went down smooth. Kind of citrus taste. Quite enjoyable.

Pour from a 22oz bottle. Hazy blond brew with one finger of slightly creamy head. Modest aroma of wheat with slight citrus overtones. Mild flavor and body. Inoffensive, not much more to say.

Draught. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium foamy white head. Nose of wheat, yeast, fruits, little banana. Initial taste of mild wheat, citrus, banana. Watery body, belove average palate duration, too simple one dimensional not challenged wheat ale. Average head retention and light body. Overall not impressed.

12 oz pours a hazy yellow with a foamy head. Big fruity aroma. Soft body with yeasty taste, some wheat and some fruits at the end. Decent lawnmower beer.
