Commercial Description:
Like the digits suggest, it's a beer that's densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don't filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

12 oz pours a hazy yellow with a foamy head. Big fruity aroma. Soft body with yeasty taste, some wheat and some fruits at the end. Decent lawnmower beer.

22ozBottle. A slightly hazy golden color whit a two finger white lasting head. Aroma is a little lemon grass, some light bready yeast, and a touch of spice, very faint banana.Flavor is subtle, light wheat malt, some faint citrus fruit, bubblegum and a little bready yeast, some sort of light spice notes but all very balanced and subtle. Very drinkable, a geed summer and session brew.

on tap. A mostly clear yellow hue with a nice white head that had little retention. Aroma was of citrus, spicy and a slight banana note. Flavor was light but well balanced between fruity malt notes and bread notes. Finish was smooth. Carbonation was a little elevated but did not negatively effect the beer.

12 oz bottle: Aroma is wheat, lemons, a little grassy, and a light hoppiness. Appearance is a very clear yellow pour with a medium sized white head that lingers for quite a while. Taste is acidic, with lemon citrus coming to the forefront, some wheat textures intermingled, and a bit of that chewing gum flavor. Palate is really easy drinking, quite carbonated on the tongue, and the aftertaste has a wheat note to it. Overall, On a hot summer day this would be pretty key, but as a wheat overall I think this one is lacking in some categories. Cheers!
