Commercial Description:
Like the digits suggest, it's a beer that's densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don't filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours a hazy bright yellow with min. white fizzy head. Aroma of faint citrus, very faint banana, musty, soap. Flavor of light wheat, faint citrus, faint bubblegum, not much taste here. Mouthfeel is light body and high carbonation. Overall, good poolside session beer for the summer.

The bottle pours a hazy yellowish golden color with a small, foamy, snow white head. The foam settles quickly to a thin film, leaving minimal spots behind on the glass. The aroma is fairly mundane, with notes of fresh wheat, light cereal grains, and pale malt showing strongest. There is a wisp of floral hop character, along with a drop of honey sweetness. Flavors follow suit, light and clean but boring overall. Basically just wheat and honeyed pale malt. The palate falls somewhere between thin and medium bodied, with balanced carbonation and a lightly prickly, semi-dry finish. Sessionable on a hot summer’s day, but boring overall. Decent tailgate beer.

On tap at the Peekskill Brewery. Pours a clear light yellow with a nice soft white head. Aroma is wheat, with a touch of lemon. Thin bodied with a lot of active carbonation. Mostly empty flavor wise. Finishes lightly with a touch of wheat, a hint of banana, and a little bit of lemon. Pretty clean, but lacking much substance.

Pours slightly hazed pale yellow with a tall pillowy white head that has o.k. retention. Aroma is banana, white bread and a touch of lemon. Flavor is sweet grain, honey wheat, banana, and some fruity ester notes. Palate is thin and watery but very crisp and refreshing. Nice refreshing, though ultimately boring wheat.

Poured a very pale yellow with a crisp white head. The aroma has a very apparent wheat smell and overall it is a very good beer.
