Commercial Description:
Like the digits suggest, it's a beer that's densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don't filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Bottle. Bottled on date: 12/23/08. Pours a hazy gold with tons of little floaties and a HUGE white head. Subtle aroma features wheat, lemons, bananas, bubble gum, vanilla, some spiciness, and hints of corn. Thin-bodied. Starts with some grainy corniness. Finishes with a crisp biscuity dryness and some lemons. Refreshing at least.

BOTTLE: pours a hazy yellow, mild aroma of grain and fruit. Lemon/orange on taste, with some carbonation. Pretty good wheat beer.

Bottled. Hazy yellow in color. Aroma is somewhat grainy with a little fruitiness. Grainy flavors with a little bit of yeastiness. Fairly crisp and easy to drink. Not bad for a wheat ale.

I have to love a beer dedicated to chicago. Pours light hazy straw yellow, with thin white fizz. Flavors of banana, pineapple, and slight malts come across, with a finish thats sweet an lemony. This is a great wheat beer.

Out of a bottle. Had a hazy yellowish color with a pretty sweet aroma. Tasted pretty good, not like most wheat beers (which was a plus for me). It was pretty crisp and was extremely drinkable. Definitely a beer that I will get again.

220z bomber. Hazy orange-yellow color. Subdued aroma, a little sweet wheat and malt. The taste is solid, not unlike a Bavarian Hefe, but without the banana yeast characteristics. Some light lemony tang. Excellent full mouthfeel, while still relatively light on the palate. Crisply balanced by the hops, this is quite refreshing and easy drinking.
