Commercial Description:
Like the digits suggest, it's a beer that's densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don't filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Bottled@SBWF2008. Hazy yellowish colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, mild spices and some slight notes of stomach acids. Flavour is wheat, some spices, mild yeast and rather acidic. Watery.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Hazy golden with a basically absent head. Light yeasty aroma. Light-bodied with slightly sweet malts and a wee fruitiness. No bitterness. Very thin and a poor excuse for a beer. 190908

Citrus, spice and wheat aroma wafts over the foamy white head and cloudy straw color of this unfiltered wheat ale. Mouthfeel is very creamy with clove, wheat and citrus flavors finsihing with a slighty hoppy aftertaste. Very refreshing and pairs well with light snacks and/or a picnic food.

Very light wheat beer. Not a whole lot of flavor, very clear. Could drink a lot of this during a hot day. Refreshing beer.

On tap and very fresh tasting. Kind of a very light and crisp wheat beer. simple back ground of citrus. these wheat beers are getting old as a whole, but this isn’t a bad beer to have with dinner on a summer night.

Bottle. Light gold in color with lots of carbonation. Small white head. Aroma is grassy and hops. creamy palate. Flavor is more hop than wheat. I’m not a big fan of wheat beers but I like this one. They didn’t go overboard on the wheat.

Pours a cloudy light gold in color. About a half inch of head on the pour, but it’s quickly gone. Smell is spicy, but off slightly. Taste is hoppy, but rather BMC’ish. Highly carbonated in the mouthfeel. Refreshing, but not good enough to warrant another purchase.
