Commercial Description:
Like the digits suggest, it's a beer that's densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don't filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Bottle: Very average and one of the worst Goose Island beers that I have had. Pours yellow with a full head. Aroma of wheat. Not much flavor.

Pours a pale yellow with minimal white head that dissapates rapidly. Smells of hops and citrus. Taste was mainly hop, but ther is a slight tang as well. Decent beer, but I’ve had better wheats before.

Bright pale golden hue, slightly hazy. Good nose, aroma of fresh cascade hops. Decent summer beer, more blonde ale than wheat ale.

A tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee. Pretty carbonated, and on the lighter side. Not much character here.

Nice, but not as strongly flavored as I like a wheat beer to be. Thin light head that didn’t last long, fairly carbonated, light aroma of wheat, citrus, and yeast. Tastes of wheat and bananas, with a bit of hops and citrus. Not bad at all, but I’d like more what and hops bitterness.
