Commercial Description:
Like the digits suggest, it's a beer that's densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don't filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That’s how you know it’s unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat. It’s not like any other Goose Island Beer, but no less that you’d expect.

Hazy in appearance. Not much of a head at all. A little light for a wheat. Easy drinking, though, with hints of banannas and mild spices.

Nice, but not as strongly flavored as I like a wheat beer to be. Thin light head that didn’t last long, fairly carbonated, light aroma of wheat, citrus, and yeast. Tastes of wheat and bananas, with a bit of hops and citrus. Not bad at all, but I’d like more what and hops bitterness.

Bottle. Hazy very effervescent yellow body with a lasting thin head. Nose-very dusty and “old” smelling. Taste-dusty, moldy, wheaty, medium-high CO2, light orange, slightly vegetal like celery or lettuce. A very unoffending wheat beer that is easy to drink. I would drink more of this if I could.

Doesn’t give as much as some would like, but it doesn’t ask for much either. Acid crisp cuts your tongue like a Chicagoan wind-rip. Man with trash-stache recommended highly.

12oz bottle in pint glass. Decent brew. An american wheat, id prefer a sunset wheat to this. Very small and fizzy head that dissipated very very quickly. Average mouthfeel, a little sweet. Id drink it again.

Thin white head of fine bubbles. Good carbonation. Lots of floaters. Not really wheat floaters though. More like chunky floaters. Light vegetal aroma with a little lemon and weak hops. Color is a medium gold. Flavor is plesant but a little weak. Some wheat and a little biscuit malt. Finish is a little grainy but clean. A decent wheat brew but nothing special.

a surprisingly bad beer from a great brewery. This is a one note wheat that’s very forgettable. Save your cash and get something else folks!

On draught at Barleys in Overland Park, Kansas. Pours a dense gold with a white head and lace. Light-bodied with a medium mouthfeel where a very light pale ale flavor tried to peek out beyond the wheat. Surprisingly clean, with a subtle hops crispness in the aftertaste. An interesting Wheat.
