Brilliant; georgeous hoppy nose preceding a full malty body, the characteristic Goose Island hop flavor (what hops are these, anyway?) and a slight nutmeg/cloves kind of sweet spiciness.

ESB’s are a favorite style, this is a great representation of the fine English Ales. Malt and hop floral nose. Clean and crisp, very drinkable beer.

The hoppy nose is just the beginning! It is so smooth with a soft malty beginning that turns to a hoppy spicy finish. It’s almost gone, so grab a couple six packs if you see ’em!

I got a mix pack and this was in it, and I was hoping it was old like many tend to be. Im not the biggest ESB fan, but this brew is an ecxellent intro. Well balance hops with a smooth crisp palate. Reccommended

Thanks to Heemer for "growlin" this one up. Pours a dark orange, small white bubbly head. Aroma of piney hops and citrus. (Reminds me of dope) Flavor is very hoppy and bitter. Pine needles, spices and lemons.

One of the best ESB’s. Very English and authentic to its style. Great use of dry-hopping/ The aroma smells like kind nuggets and pine. Hops are huge in the beginning with toasty like maltiness in the long finish. A superbly balanced beer. This would be in my fridge all year if possible. Comes out each Fall around Late Sept.

Not a bad ESB. Has a unique tea-butterscotch like property. I dont equate this with a normal property of an ESB though
